2.1 Website visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• Basic analytics: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type.
• Emails you send us directly, when you choose to contact us.

We do not use cookies for advertising on our website.

2.2 App and game users

When you use our apps or games, we may collect:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, and general region.
• Gameplay data: progress, level completions, in-app purchase records, session length, and crash logs.
• A randomly generated player ID (not tied to your name or email unless you connect an account).
• If you opt in: push notification tokens and, on iOS, an Advertising Identifier (IDFA) as permitted by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To respond to inquiries sent to us by email.
• To fix bugs, prevent cheating, and ensure fair gameplay.
• To send push notifications and updates you have opted into.
• To measure engagement and improve onboarding and retention.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party SDKs and services

Our apps and website use the following categories of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Analytics: anonymized product analytics to understand how features are used.
• Crash reporting: to detect and fix technical issues.
• Advertising (rewarded ads only): ad partners may collect device identifiers and interaction data to serve relevant rewarded ads. You can opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
• Cloud save / backend: to sync game progress across devices.
• Payment processors: Google Play and the App Store handle all in-app purchases directly. We never see your payment card details.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our apps and games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

Emails sent to us are retained for up to 24 months. Anonymized analytics may be retained longer. Gameplay data is retained while your account is active, and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional data collection at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email where appropriate.

Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of Zenyth Digital's website and our mobile apps and games.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing zenythdigital.com or downloading, installing, or using any Zenyth Digital app or game (including VentureGrid), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our apps and games. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Services.
• Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

4. In-app purchases

Some apps and games offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the platform's terms. Refunds are handled by the platform per their policies. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Services — including the Zenyth Digital and VentureGrid names, logos, artwork, code, and game design — is owned by Zenyth Digital or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

6. User submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, or bug reports, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve the Services. We are not obligated to compensate you for unsolicited ideas.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENYTH DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
